Retention of Data

Discngine SAS will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data for three years (when you contact us or when you register for an event) after your last interaction with us.

Otherwise, we will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

Discngine SAS will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time (6 months), except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or if we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer periods (13 months maximum).

Transfer of Data

Your data is processed in France. 

The Personal Data we collect or process may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. For example, our CRM system manages all communications and information related to prospects and customers.
